Exhaustion control system

The topic for my bachelor’s thesis is control system of exhaustion for wood industry. It is very broad issue, and since I am without experiences in this division I have chosen to create easier model of exhaustion system. I would like to continue in this project in master´s thesis too. My thesis consists of description the requisites for system like this, draft of the preparation and also practical preparation for joinery manufactory. I have decided to control the parts of system by microcontrollers, which communicate with each other wireless and control activity of system´s parts of exhaustion in workshop. The role of this thesis was also to compare the achieved results with other possibilities of control of exhaustion from the economic and technological points of view.

Biological aspects of the burnout syndrome

The aim of this thesis is to describe burnout syndrome as a psychosocial phenomenon with an emphasis on biological mechanisms accompanying it. The work is divided into two main parts, a literary review and an empirical part. In the literary review, burnout syndrome is explained in general terms. It provides a research history outline and continues with an introduction of its external and internal causes and factors which help to prevent from it. Furthermore, the development and psychological, social and work symptoms of burnout syndrome are described. The main part of the work is dedicated to biological symptoms of burnout syndrome in connection with different systems of the human body. The proposal for research is to be seen in the second part of the work. This research deals with the levels of cortisol in university students scoring high on burnout syndrome in comparison with the levels of cortisol in university students scoring low. Support options for personal well-being in the view of primary school teachers

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the well-being of primary school teachers, and the possibilities for supporting well-being by the teachers themselves and the school management. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and research. The theory is elaborated into four chapters and summarizes the findings of the specialized literature. The first chapter presents the basic concept of well-being, including terms that were previously synonymous and are now an essential part of it. The next chapter is devoted to the topic of well-being itself. It offers a summary of existing theories, defines and describes the area of well-being, and conveys a view of teacher well-being. The third chapter collects information in the area of well-being care. It draws attention to the threatening factors that have an impact on the mental health and work capacity of the teacher, which include, for example, stress or burnout syndrome. It also conveys knowledge of how to improve well-being. The last chapter is devoted to the role of well-being in education. In addition to the teacher's influence on the well-being of pupils, it also pays attention to teacher's support in the school environment, i.e. from the employer to the employees. The Risk of Burnout syndrome in Pre-School Teachers

This bachelor thesis deals with the burnout syndrome among teachers in preschools. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the risks of burnout syndrome associated with the profession of a preschool teacher. The thesis consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of burnout syndrome, its history, symptoms, causes, as well as treatment and prevention. The theoretical part of the thesis also includes the definition of professions that are most at risk of developing burnout syndrome. The practical part of the thesis deals with qualitative research. The methodology, process, and results of the qualitative investigation are presented. Data collection is carried out through semi-structured interviews with preschool teachers. The method of grounded theory is used for data analysis and evaluation. In conclusion, the results of the qualitative research are summarized. Based on the formulated theory, this thesis should lead the reader, particularly pedagogical and other professionals who are at increased risk of burnout syndrome and their families, to increase awareness of this current issue. It should encourage individuals to pay more attention and prevent this syndrome, not only in themselves but also in others.

The bachelor´s essay deals with the issue of the after school club educator in the primary school teacher assistant position. Recently it has become common currency that the teacher assistant position has beeen offered to the after school club educators. But the connection of two job positions causes some risk among other positive things. The aim of this essay has been to describe advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and hazard of the school teacher assistant part by the school club educator. To achieve this goal qualitative survey strategy with question technique and semistructured conversation technique were applied. The conversations were realized with the school club educators working on this position in primary schools in Pilsen district more than two years . The obtained informations were adapted by the bunching method. As a result of the survey has been evident that for the school club educator is the school teacher assistant position advantageous not only financially but for the reason to obtain new experience too. Thanks to the working cooperation with primary teachers the assistant feels comfortably. The assistants feel certain disadvantage to support secondary students with special educational needs. They don´t seem to work effectively because of the poor communication and cooperation with secondary teachers. The workload, stress and exhaustion become risky for them. Active support of pupils with the special educational needs has been the essential benefit in pupil integration to normal classes area thanks to the obtained information. This bachelor´s essay may be used for explaining the reasons why the after school club educators accept the assistant position and which positive and negative facts they are confronted with.

ABSTRAC The theme of this dissertation work is teachers' burnout syndrome. The theoretical part contains information from scientific literature concerning terms: burning out, exhaustion and stress, and shows their causes and symptoms. Teacher's personality is described from points of view of typology, professional demands, burnout syndrome and it is also explained how to prevent this syndrome. The empirical part of the work is represented by the research on various types of Prague schools. The standardized questionnaire Burnout Measure adopted from authors Ayal Pines and Elliot Aronson is used on that matter.
The knowledge of burnout syndrome of final-year pupils in selected high schools in the Česká Lípa district

Burnout syndrome has recently been a frequently discussed term. Burnout is a state of emotional, mental and physical exhaustion as a result of excessive chronic stress. Burnout syndrome affects all people regardless of their age and occupation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis defines burnout syndrome, explains its causes of origin and describes its phases, symptoms and risk factors for its occurrence. Furthermore, the thesis deals with prevention of burnout and distinguishes burnout from other negative phenomena. The practical part is realized through a quantitative research method - a questionnaire. The main objective was to find out The survey was performed out by using a quantitative research method - a questionnaire. The main objective was to find out final-year pupils' knowledge (number of correct answers) of burnout syndrome in selected high schools in the district Česká Lípa. The results have shown that knowledge differs depending on high schools pupils study in. The best results were achieved by pupils from Gymnázium ČL and the worst results were achieved by pupils from SOŠ and SOU ČL.
